Basic Zip Facts:

A zipped file is a "package" of files that have been put together as one big file. The files are then easier to transport over the Internet.

To use the Zip files you must "unzip" them.

Executable Zip files will unzip to their correct place on the computer with just a couple "clicks" from you.

This site has converted all the stationery download Files into self-extracting (Executable Zip) files.

This page will deal with only these Executable Zip Files.

However, some Zips need more help from you.

Downloading and Installing Executable Zip Files

Remember... The WinZip Executable Zip is a self-extracting file.

Make sure you know where the Zip files
you download are being placed.

I suggest you download all Executable Zip files
from my site to your Desktop so they are easy to find.


If you are unsure of how to Download to your Desktop

Once you have the file downloaded to your Desktop

Double Left Click on its Zip Icon,


You will see a new screen looking much like this one below.

Notice in the "Un-Zip to Folder" Window a
\SandraSue2 is added after \Stationery
The files contained in the Zip will un-load to this default target folder.

Following the Arrow click on the "Un-Zip Button"



All the files will be "un-Zipped" to a "SandraSue2" folder inside your Stationery Folder at

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery\ SandraSue2

The Next Screen you see will look much like the image below...
Showing the files are safely in their Target "SandraSue2" folder.

Click "OK"



Next you will see the Screen below. Following the Arrow

Click "Close



That's It!
You are all done!

Next time you choose Outlook Express Stationery for an e-mail
You will see a new "SandraSue2" folder
displayed in your
Outlook Express Stationery Window.

Double-Click on the "SandraSue2" folder and the new stationery
you downloaded and Un-Zipped from my site will be
displayed.
